The Investor Pass is the exclusive NFT that represents your share of DOGSTRATEGY's $DOG treasury. By holding an Investor Pass, you become a fractional owner of our growing $DOG reserves and gain access to profit distributions as the treasury expands. This innovative approach allows the community to directly participate in the growth of $DOG, aligning incentives and fostering collective success.

We release these Investor Pass NFTs in carefully planned phases, each aimed at raising funds to acquire more $DOG. This phased approach ensures fair access and scalability, allowing both early adopters and new participants to join and benefit from the growing ecosystem. With the Investor Pass, you're not just a holder; you're an integral part of DOGSTRATEGY’s mission to strengthen the $DOG economy and reward its believers.

Investor Passes represent convertible shares of DogStrategy's $DOG treasury. These NFT passes can be converted in the future into BTC based on their USD value. The exact convertibility date is yet to be announced (TBA), but it will likely align with specific market cap milestones.

For example, if $DOG reaches a $1 billion market cap, a percentage of the $DOG treasury will be sold, and shareholders will have the option to convert their passes into BTC on the mainnet.

Note: Converting requires sending your INVESTOR PASS to the treasury wallet. In return, the treasury wallet will send you BTC. The exact BTC amount for conversion will be disclosed at a later time.
